Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of being opened, used or damaged by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@jennysvitaltonics.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Please ship the item to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is because of our error.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g. wrong or defective item).
  • If you prefer an exchange, note the details in your return request and we will process as soon as stock permits.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@jennysvitaltonics.com.
  • We will arrange for return shipping (at no cost to you) and send a replacement or refund as preferred.

Conditions and Limitations

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
  • The original sale receipt and order number must accompany the return.
  • Clearance or promotional items may be excluded from the return policy unless explicitly stated.
