Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of being opened, used or damaged by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@jennysvitaltonics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Please ship the item to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is because of our error.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g. wrong or defective item).
- If you prefer an exchange, note the details in your return request and we will process as soon as stock permits.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@jennysvitaltonics.com.
- We will arrange for return shipping (at no cost to you) and send a replacement or refund as preferred.
Conditions and Limitations
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria.
- The original sale receipt and order number must accompany the return.
- Clearance or promotional items may be excluded from the return policy unless explicitly stated.
